If you live in an on-campus Residence Hall (with the exception of Sutton Place), you will have funds deposited in your R-Card Meal Plan Account at the beginning of each semester. The R-Card Meal Plan Account is a declining balance debit account that may be used to purchase ala carte meals at any of the on-campus Dining Services locations, food items at the C-Store (Convenience Store) and Domino's and Park Avenue Pizza delivery.
Rollins voluntary MEAL PLAN
Students that live in Sutton Apartments, commuter students, and Hamilton Holt and Crummer students may choose to deposit funds into the Rollins College Voluntary Meal Plan at the beginning of the each semester. The Voluntary Meal Plan is a declining balance debit account that may be used to purchase ala carte meals at any on-campus dining location, as well as food items at the C-Store (Convenience Store), and Domino's and Park Avenue Pizza delivery on campus. View our on-line VMP Brochure for all the details. Once you've decided on the VMP that best suits your needs please contact the Office of Residential Life at 407-646-2649 or send an email to
email@example.com and indicate which meal plan you'd like.
Dining on campus is less expensive then dining at any of the restaurants on Park Avenue, and the menu selection and food quality are second to none! Rollins Dining Hall was named one of the top three places to dine in Winter Park!
All funds remaining in a meal plan account at the end of the Fall semester are automatically carried over to Spring semester. In April, students who wish to transfer balances to another student with an active meal plan account may do so at the Campus Security Office. Information regarding this procedure is distributed to students each Spring. Account balances of less than $100 are non-transferable. At the end of the Spring semester, all funds remaining on the meal plan will be forfeited.
All R-Cards are equipped with a TAR BUC$ Flex Account which is a self-funded debit account that may be used to purchase goods and services all over campus including laundry, copies, vending, postage, event tickets and text books, and at all dining locations and convenience store. TAR BUC$ balances will roll over from semester to semester and from year to year. Unused TAR BUC$ are not available for refund until separation or graduation from the college.
If you believe that your R-Card has been lost or stolen, IMMEDIATELY notify the R-Card Office at 407.646.1564. Your R-Card will be suspended, preventing unauthorized usage.
